Nestled in the woods directly on beautiful Lake Gogebic, Win-Sum Cove is one of Lake Gogebic's finest vacation homes. Located on the northeast side of Lake Gogebic on East Shore Road. Three acres of forested acreage provide a secluded retreat.

This four season two-story home with natural cedar interior offers three bedrooms, two full baths, a living room with wood burning stove, and fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. The living room with its cathedral ceiling offers a breathtaking view of Lake Gogebic and its panoramic sunsets through the sliding glass doors. Step outside to be at one with nature, read a book, or enjoy an outdoor meal on the spacious deck. Only seventy-five level feet from the house and you are on the shore of Lake Gogebic.

Enjoy your walk out onto the pier for a better view of the lake or maybe a little fishing. During your stay, you can enjoy both an authentic Finnish Sauna or a luxurious hot tub to ease your cares. These are located in the finished basement.

There are three bedrooms in the house. The second story master bedroom with queen size bed opens into the cedar cathedral ceiling over looking the living room. Bi-fold doors can be closed off to offer privacy to occupants. The second upstairs bedroom offers a double bed and a set of single bunkbeds. The third bedroom is on the first floor and has two single beds. Two bedrooms have spacious closets. All linens are included.

Wildlife is just waiting to be spotted. White tail deer, bald eagles, ducks, geese, loons, many songbirds, and even occasional bear may be viewed.

There are over 2,000 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. Lake Gogebic is the UP's largest lake for fishing, boating, sailing or swimming. The area offers something to everyone including: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, hunting, hiking, trout fishing the hundreds of miles of crystal clear streams, hiking to secluded water falls, or exploring the 1800's mining eras. This is truly a vacation paradise for everyone.

A good driveway with plenty of parking close to the house exists for your trucks and trailers.
